High School POPA program: THREE DIFFERENT TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE OFFERED!
7 WEEK SESSION Training begins June10 and ends Friday, July 26. 8:00 and 9:00 sessions. POPA training focus will be all sports, boy and girl athletes.
10:00 session will be football focused skills/weight training only. (7 weeks)
4 WEEK SESSION Training begins Monday, June 10 and endsFriday, July 5. Athletes may extend training for final 3 weeks after completion of this session. 8:00 and 9:00 sessions are only options for the 4 WEEK SESSION. Middle School Information
Middle School POPA consists of students entering grades 6 through 8 only. The middle school athletes will have the same 3 session options as the high school. Please read the options printed in the paragraphs above. When middle school athletes sign up, they will be able to select any of the 3 options above at that time. If an athlete signs up for the 4 week session, ending July 5, he/she may choose to extend training with the final 3 week session. This would allow a student to participate for the entire 7 weeks without signing up the the 7 week session. 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00 are all options for middle school athletes. There is no football specific training offered to middle school participants.
